The page that comes up from your site is the WordPress.COM login page. So apparently your site is hosted by WordPress.COM?? These forums are for self-hosted WordPress.ORG sites (i.e. you'd be paying a separate company to host your site). If your site is on WordPress.COM, you need to post on their forums here:

(It's a common confusion...)
