esmi, I am a very new newbie. Please bear with me. I already deactivated all plugins and switched to 2011 theme. Does the theme switch have to be done for each page and post on my site? Because I have the 2011 them on the first page and eDegree on the next page. After I deactivated all plugins and reset the theme, there was no change in what I can do. I still am not allowed into the settings of themes, I don't have an adm bar if it is different from the one I posted, and I still do not have the "add new plugin" option. That's the only way I know of that I can tell if there is a change. How do I reset the plugins folder? To deactivate, I renamed the folder then corrected it back to plugins. If I need to redo any of this, I will. If I have to use your last suggestion of re-uploading, I have some questions about that.
