Patrilux on "Google Analytics for 2 different installations - same domain"

Hi;

I've got 1 wordpress install here "myexample.com"
and a 2nd wordpress install here "myexample.com/different"

Reason being I needed 2 different themes.

I was wondering if I can add google analytics for wordpress by Yoast to BOTH installs with the SAME tracking number.

If not, what's the best way around this? I don't want to have to look at 2 different analytics..
