Using FTP or whatever file management tools your host provided you with navigate to the wp-content/plugins and delete the custom-ads-sidebar directory. Just that one custom-ads-sidebar and nothing else.
That should let you get into your WordPress dashboard.
Keep in mind that it may not be that plugin (it could as that has happened before) and you should check your wp-config.php file too as a precaution.
