If you don't want to use FTP or sign into your hosted account you can go to dashboard, appearance, editor. Select the theme you want to edit and look for header.php
Changes here can bring your site down and there is no back or undo button. If that happens you will be forced to use ftp or your hosted sites control panel to correct errors.
