I have just started building a website on Wordpress - I have almost zero knowledge of coding.
I want my website to have two horizontal navigation bars. The main one will have the various categories (e.g. Maths, Science, Geography) - there will also be another such navigation bar at the top of the page with "Help", "FAQ", "About" etc..
Are there any themes that allow me to do this without messing around with HTML, CSS or the like?
