I just started a new site, fitnesstrainingbellevue.com. I installed the latest version of wordpress, then installed a theme called fitpro platinum.
There are no tabs in the editor that say visual or html. It seems to be visual by default, although I don't think all the buttons that should be there for the visual editor are. I need to be able to use the HTML editor to use some of the content templates that come with the theme.
I've tried logging in from firefox, chrome, IE, and that doesn't change anything.
I cleared browser history, cookies, cache, etc. NADA
I tried changing back to the default wordpress theme and that didn't do anything.
I clicked the disable visual editor box under user settings, saved, unclicked it then saves, nothing changed.
I've tried logging in from two different computers.
I'm really at a loss here.
I messaged the developer of the theme I bought, and he logged into my admin dashboard from his end, and said the tabs were there. I feel like i'm on crazy pills here. I can't figure out what's going on. This is super frustrating. I've been looking at posts on the forum, but haven't found any solutions that work.
Please any help would be appreciated. This is driving me crazy.
