I installed a plugin (Widget Logic)and couldn't work it but managed to create some duplicate widgets before removing the plugin. They are not listed in my widgets panel but are seen at the bottom of my site.

The only widgets that should be there are Related Links and Archives at the top and then Poems and Fairytales at the bottom. Blogroll isn't even in my list of widgets... but is visible...
I have tried removing and adding all widgets again. Even when I remove them all there are still duplicates that sit at the bottom.
I want to try and clear my whole widget memory to create new items.
